One of the most difficult decisions you can make when traveling to a city for the first time is choosing where to stay. Nobody knows how to put a meal between two slices of bread like the Chileans. José Ramón 277 is one of the best and newest exponents of that art. My personal favorite? Beef, caramelized onions, fried egg, corn and basil mash on a local bread called Marraqueta. How does that sound? ;-)
